1:1 COACHING

Through our personalised 1:1 coaching programs, we work closely with you to discover and develop your strengths and values, build your natural confidence, overcome limiting beliefs and positively work towards achieving your goals.

  • 60-75 minute sessions which are booked and paid for in advance. We also share resources with you, related to the discussion and your personal development goals.

    These may include videos, articles or books. If you’re based in the greater London area, we’re happy to meet in person or we can arrange a Zoom call.

  • We recommend 4-6 meetings over 3-6 months.

  • We have both individual and corporate rates.

    Coaching programs typically cost £750-£1,500 depending on frequency and duration and your level of seniority.

GROUP COACHING + TEAM FACILITATION

From leadership development programs to team workshop facilitation we use a range of tools and techniques to bring a human-centred approach that fosters awareness, mutual understanding and growth for effective leadership and teamship.

  • Our programs are tailored to your team’s needs so we will put together a proposal for you after a first briefing call. Each program is bespoke so we develop content and delivery materials for you based on what your learning goals are.

  • Typically we offer half or full day sessions with pre-work in advance which may include an Assessment, Survey or Reflection task. We may also have one to one calls with Team members in advance of the team session, for example to debrief on individual assessment results

  • We will prepare and share a proposal with you. Pricing will depend on the time it will take to produce and deliver the content and will include any expenses or travelling costs where applicable.

TALENT SOLUTIONS

We partner with businesses providing tailored talent solutions  designed to help your business - and people - flourish.

  • This will depend on your needs – we are able to support on psychometric assessment (for new hiring and leadership or team development), confidential or advertised talent searches where you may need additional short term resource, talent review approach, employer branding and candidate journeys, interview training, career workshops.

  • Following a full briefing, we will put together a proposal including timing.

  • We charge a day rate for talent solutions plus any additional expenses (for example the cost of psychometric assessments).

FAQs

  • Sir John Whitmore, one of the pioneers of business coaching defines coaching as “unlocking people’s potential to maximise their own performance”. Coaching provides a safe space to do this through deep questioning and active listening and the use of coaching frameworks and tools. It’s goal oriented and holds the individual accountable to find their own solutions.

    Mentoring is a development process where someone shares their knowledge, experience and expertise with another person. They act as a guide who can provide advice and learning based on their own career or life experience.

    Facilitation is used in a sessions with a group of people. The facilitator may design and lead the agenda or simply facilitate discussion in the group. Generally there is a specific objective to achieve.

    Some experiences can include a mix of all three!

  • Our founder, Hayley has worked in the corporate business environment for more than 20 years, helping people to navigate their personal and professional development. She has an ILM Level 7 (equivalent to a Masters) Diploma in Executive & Senior Level Coaching and is accredited with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), one of three globally recognised professional coaching bodies, at the Senior Practioner level.

  • We offer free 30 minute calls to discuss your needs and whether we’d be the right fit. If you’re an organisation looking to share a de-brief with us so that we can build a proposal for you, we offer a free 45 minute call.

  • For 1:1 coaching sessions, we typically offer Zoom calls, however if you’d prefer to meet in person, we can find a convenient location (London only). For group coaching or team facilitation, we can travel to your location if you would like an in-person event and we will charge travelling expenses.

  • We can share our terms and conditions with you. All sessions are charged in advance.
