Hi, I’m

founder of The Flourishing Career.

I'm a qualified, accredited Executive Coach and I work with Leaders and Managers individually and in teams to thrive and be the best they can be.

Using a range of tools and techniques, I help people achieve their goals and put their plans in motion by building an awareness of individual and team strengths, behaviours, relationships and motivations.

  • I take a people-first approach to leadership challenges, I create a safe space for exploration and solution finding and I’m here to support you and your team every step of the way.

    I've worked with and for leading brands in my career including Bacardi, Avon, Aesop, Natura &Co, Novartis and Unilever. My personal windy career path has taken me through brands marketing, talent acquisition, executive search, talent management, leadership development and coaching so I have more experience than many on career transitions as well as commercial realities in global business environments and I’ve worked with a range of different personal styles, approaches and cultures.
